Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Outlying or rural areas may take longer

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified value when applicable.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. CK Vapes is not responsible for courier delays or losses, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
